A perfect combination! Both have wonderful healing properties to keep you feeling at your best. It also has the ability to fight fungi and has anti-clotting powers. All this goodness is something to get excited about! BLUEBERRY BANANA + CINNAMON SMOOTHIE
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon or so cinnamon
- dash of vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency adding more milk or water as needed.
Add in a scoop of vanilla protein powder for a boost of nutrition.
